Another series I have going on is the church series. Vines chapel is the latest one utilizing the palette knife approach with rich under painting. I named it Vines Chapel (more accurate name is probably after a saint, but never got a chance to find out), as it is covered with vines and twigs, but somehow at that particular time of day managed to emit the reflection of late afternoon sunlight. This painting evolved greatly during the entire process, resisting to depict reality and trying to stay at the upper half of abstract spectrum.
